How to Get & access the Messer4Me App

Getting started with Messer4Me is simple. Download the app from the Play Store or App Store, or directly from our registration page. Once downloaded, log in using the credentials you use for eOrder, eStock, or MyLab via the eServices Customer Portal. If you only have eInvoice access or don´t have a customer account, you can request access to Messer4Me in our registration page.

Stock Management

Efficiently manage your cylinder stock with detailed information at your fingertips. Each item in your list includes product name, cylinder capacity, pressure, barcode, and delivery date. Easily mark bottles as full, in use, or empty, with full visibility in eStock services.

Barcode Scanning

The app's barcode scanning feature allows for quick and accurate cylinder management. Simply scan the cylinder to retrieve all necessary information, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS), or to place an order instantly.

Ordering System

Reorder cylinders or request special mixtures with just one click. Set the number of cylinders, add notes, and pick the delivery date effortlessly.

Updates

Improved User Interface

Based on valuable feedback, we've moved the basket to the top of the screen and made the customer profile accessible via the 'I' button. The bottom menu now features a triple dot linking to an extended menu for additional functionality.

Complaint Functionality

A new complaint feature allows users to enter or scan a cylinder's barcode, including GPS data if permitted, and add remarks. 

Enhanced Stock Count - Inventory Check

By scanning your cylinders you get a comprehensive view of your inventory. The stock count  filters by 'ship to' locations, displaying cylinders from selected filters. GPS data is recorded for each scan.
